My Online Coaching is a 6 month Commitment (minimum)
BUT most girls continue with me for 12 months on average
WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Once I receive a text from you with your name, I will then send over the first set of directions to follow, this is the process of getting everything set up. We will do an initial phone call or will set up through text (personal preference)
2. I will go over & explain my personalized coaching app (NO this is NOT an app where you pay a subscription or doing everything on your own). This app allows me to track your progress, see your efforts, accomplishments and goals. EVERY workout is customized to YOU and the app allows me to attach specific video attachments for the clients gain :)
3. It will take a few days for me to get your customized plan made, along with your customized nutrition.
4. COMMUNICATION. We will talk multiple times a week. I push communication because I want you to reach your goals , you also get access to the community of women who are also in the program! SO FUN

First off, it’s just that, a Community of amazing Female Athletes. The girls that are accepted in are some of the hardest working, goal crushing, badass females! Some have been working out for years, some have never stepped into a gym until working with me
Key Points: group session, with 1-3 others, the more sessions per week the cheaper
Semi Private group sessions are my most popular In-Person training option! With Semi-Private you will be in a group with 1-3 other people, not a huge group of 8-10. The reason for that is because I want to give as much individual attention to all of my clients. I will be there guiding and coaching the whole group and pushing you out of your normal comfort zone. This option is great because you are around other girls who help motivate you!
