This is an 8 week GLUTE SPECIFIC program, broken down week by week. Each week has its own set number of days, a set number of Reps, Sets and specific exercises you'll be doing, It also gives you guidance on exactly when to take your progress pictures, so you don't even have to think about it, the further into the 8 weeks you get, the more advanced the Glute workouts get.

Only takes 45 - 60 minutes to finish it each day! You do need a gym with equipment for this Program. 

Equipment needed: Barbell, Dumbbells, Leg Press, Abduction machine, Cable machine, Resistence bands, and a bench or box of some sort.
