This is a 12 week CORE ONLY program, broken down week by week. Each week has its own set number of days, a set number of Reps, Sets and specific exercises you'll be doing, It also gives you guidance on exactly when to take your progress pictures, so you don't even have to think about it, the further into the 12 weeks you get, the more advanced the core workouts get.
Only takes about 15 minutes to finish it each day, so there's no excuses!
Equipment needed: AT HOME: if you ave a dumbbell, or pull up bar its helpful but not necessary, certain exercises can be modified.
AT GYM: dumbbell, a bar to hang off of, Stability ball, Medicine ball, Ab roller.
